Fully new PEUGEOT 208 and zero-emission PEUGEOT E-208 ahead of the release of public orders, will be at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show late Summer 2019
PEUGEOT will announce the brand new PEUGEOT 208 at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show with gasoline, diesel and electric (EV) power train options to be available. The PEUGEOT e-208 with zero emissions is the first in a series 100% electric model that PEUGEOT prepares to electrify the entire product range by 2023.

With 100 kW electric motor and 211 kph with a 50 kWh battery according to WLTP procedures, 100% electricity PEUGEOT e-208 has three driving modes: Eco, Range to optimize, Normal, optimum comfort and Sport, allowing the driver to prioritize performance . The battery is covered by a manufacturer's warranty of 8 years, 100,000 miles.
The 220L battery, which is fully deployed under the ground plan of the new PEUGEOT 208, is positioned to allow maximum interior space and luggage space to be maintained in accordance with the capacities of the petrol and diesel versions.
Three charging methods are available for the new PEUGEOT e-208:
Charging from a home outlet: The e-208 charges using a classic home outlet within 20+ hours to fully charge
Accelerated charge at home: The e-208 can be charged more quickly and safely than a dedicated charging point lasting about 8 hours for a full charge. In the UK, state subsidies support this.
Fast charging in a public terminal: 80% of the vehicle cost can be obtained from 100kW charging station within 30 minutes **. Most of the fast chargers can be found at the motorway service station and are gradually installed throughout the UK.
