The 2013 Geneva International Motor Show welcomed styling updates to both the celebrated Scénic and larger, Grand Scenic. But it was the launch of the brand new Scénic Xmod that was attracting a lot of attention at the Swiss automotive event. The Xmod marries past design success with new ideas and is the first vehicle in the Renault range to feature the innovative Extended Grip System.

Renault's latest addition to the Scénic family is also available with the new low emission Energy TCe 130 engine. The safety organisation is calling on manufacturers to offer these vehicles with higher levels of safety equipment and for legislators to review their lenient legal safety requirements.
