You will be able to closely manage the temperature of all the pots and pans on your hob. The hob will respond to size of the pan surface, heating the area underneath evenly and when you move pans the hob will adjust the heat zone to the new position. You can adjust the temperature of each pan with a simple touch, by running your finger round the dial.
