The 2019 GLI presents the MQB architecture, the coupe-like profile and the redesigned Jetta's grill, adding sporty styling tips to the fleshy power train. With a sports suspension, the GLI sits 0.6 inches lower than a normal Jetta and is planted further. Standard LED projector headlamps with LED DRL surround a black honeycomb grid with a red accent line that damages the GTI. Golf R brakes with red painted calipers stand out for GLI-exclusive 18-inch stylish aluminum alloy wheels.
