Established in 1970 in the industrial area of Nord-Pas de Calais region, the second largest car manufacturing area in France, the Douai plant has 4,600 employees and currently manufactures the Scénic, Grand Scénic and Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet.9.6 million vehicles have been manufactured since 1975.
From 2014, the Douai plant will start manufacturing the replacements for the Espace, Laguna and Scénic models.
