Kia Motors America (KMA) is excited to announce the arrival of the next 2020 Forte GT-Line decoration following the introduction of the Forte GT turbo product at the end of last year.
The race-inspired visual upgrades and additional superior features give the GT turbocharged look, while the spirited and practical 2.0-liter Atkinson bike offers a four-cylinder engine.
Characterized by cosmetic updates only, the GT-Line colorizes Forte's presentation with a light-colored black grille, balanced with red highlights. Bright black treatment is also applied to heated exterior mirrors with LED turn signals, sports side sills and rear spoilers perched on the deck cover. Headlights with LED Daytime Running Lights (DRL) and GT-Line 17-inch alloy wheels with special graphite finish complete the appearance.
To match the exterior, the interior of the Forte GT-Line has been developed with alloy sports pedals and a white-backed flat-bottomed steering wheel. Special black sports fabric seats maintain the theme with the same color stitching, while the front seats achieve performance side supports to keep passengers tightly tied to the corners.
The GT-Line holds the 147 HP HP 2.0-liter MPI four-cylinder engine and the Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT) naturally available on other models in the Forte range.
A number of Kia's Drive Wise technologies continue to be standard, meaning all GT assignments are equipped with Advanced Collision Warning (FCW), Forward Collision Prevention Assistance (FCA), Lane Leaving Warning (LDW), Lane Keeping Helpline (LKA-Line). and Driver Attention Warning (DAW).
